CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM


 INGREDIENTS :

• 1cup milk

• 1/4 cup cocoa powder

• 1 tbsp. custard powder/ cornstarch

• 400 ml Fresh cream

• 1 cup condensed milk

• 1 tsp. chocolate essence

PREPARATION :

PREPARE CHOCOLATE CUSTARD FIRST :

• Take milk in a pan add cocoa and custard/cornstarch powder in it and mix until lumps dissolve completely.

• Put pan over low flame and cook until thickens & let cool down to room temperature.

ICE CREAM PREPARATION:

• Beat cream in a bowl for 2-3 min. 

• Add condensed milk and mix completely.

• Now add cooled down chocolate custard and beat for another 3 min.

• Transfer to a container and let sit in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
