MANGO ICE CREAM RECIPE


 INGREDIENTS :

• 400 ml fresh cream

• 500gm mangoes

• 1 cup condensed milk

• 1/2 cup of mangoes for garnishing

RECIPE :

• Peel and cut 500gm of mangoes into cubes and beat into soft pulp.

• Beat 400ml of fresh cream in a separate bowl for 2-3 minutes.

•When stiff peaks form add condensed milk and beat for another 2 minutes.

• Add beaten mango pulp and beat to combine. 

• Fill in a container, sprinkle garnishing mango cubes and let set in refrigerator overnight.
