PAKORA PLATTER - 4 in 1 batter pakora recipe


INGREDIENTS :

• 125gm potatoes

• 125gm gourd

• 125gm big green chillies

• 125gm onions

• 1 cup rice flour

• 1 cup corn meal (makai ka atta)

• 3 cups water

• 1/2 tsp. salt

PROCEDURE :

• Cut cross sections and then longitudinal sections of all vegetables turning them into fingers.

• In a bowl take rice flour, cornmeal and salt, add water and make a batter.

• Dip each 4-5 vegetable fingers into batter together and fry until golden brown.
