INGREDIENTS :
• 1 kg raw unripen green mangoes
• 2 tbsp. sesame seeds (roasted)
• 1 tbsp. green chillies (chopped)
• 1 tbsp. garlic (chopped)
• a pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp. jaggery water/brown sugar
• 2 tbsp. sesame oil
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 tsp. roasted crushed red chilli powder
• 2tbsp. ground roasted chickpea powder
• Cabbage 1 cup(julienne cut)
• Onions 1 cups (half moons)
• Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
PROCEDURE :
• Peel mangoes and hammer with knife along the length of mango to obtain thin strands.
• Now add the remaining ingredients same in sequence as the ingredient's list, and mix.
